  8.  @tschorsch  - Well, I don't remember any agencies being in trouble over funds during any republican or democrat reign and it was Obama who signed the indefinite detention bill which was one of the worst things ever signed into law. Both sides have signed craziness into law though, which is why they're all in it together at the top.
