  4. This is a bunch of nonsense. When I was a kid my single mother was literally $1.00 over the limit for food stamps. I never starved. The home situations definitely need to be checked out as to why parents aren't feeding their children.

  13.  @TheRealDeal130  - Yeah, some kids are not so fortunate because they have parents that care more about spending their money on other things rather than providing for their children. It's one thing to be too poor to afford food, it's a whole other thing to just not care and it should be found out which is which if a child is starving.

I guess you could just let children get beat too because you don't know what else to do with them, just the same as refusing to feed them.
