  1. Rex McStiller One should not smoke in an ammunitipn storage area. The book ends are what appear to be boxes of ammunition. Might be the real thing. I bet some of those books are rare and smoke smell detracts from the value.

  2. A.Wyatt Mann That would depend on the amount and type of ammunition being transported. Standard pistol or rifle ammo is in general quite safe. However older cartrigdes or black powder might require a bit of safety. Equivalent I would say to carrying gasoline in the back of the truck. Would not want the cherry of your cigarette to land among the oily rags and start a fire.
