@Littlefurball7 The spice clove. ☺️👍🏼😋 I've boiled 2 to 3 buds along with a small piece of cinnamon stick, 2 cups water, simmer to about one cup and the water looks kind of like light root beer. It's really good. If you require sweetener perhaps a little organic honey... no refined white sugar.

@bioold8925 😋 or an enchilada! ☺️ Just kidding! But at times having a good snack can be helpful. I'm thinking roasted turkey and avocado with a mild cheese, lettuce, tomato. What has been helpful in my family are the sleepy time teas, camemile tea; and hot cocoa made from 70% or higher pure cacao powder, milk or milk substitute, coconut sugar, cinnamon spice, all heated up - mixed well to just before boiling. That is so yum. 🤗

@dawnbrown407 Right! And one cannot get MRI or Heart tests etc.... unless given a referral from the primary health practitioner. The health practiiner (primary doc), will only make a referral based on your Insurance and ability to pay. Sad..... quality care is for those who can afford it; and if the ill person has a good support system from friends or family.......🙏🏼 May the Lord bless the elderly, the disabled, the children and the animals.💗

@LifeHealthSolutionsOfficial Environment is important. As much as stress, alcohol, drugs, and smoking; aside from eating clean foods and exercise. Lets just not blame the environment when there are more prevelant issues; like living with constant verbal, emotional and physical abuse.

@galloping3265 There are many ways to induce sleep without drugs. Herbal teas are very effective. Taking a warm bath, reading, taking a stroll in your back yard or the nearest fitness center or a mall. Developing a bed-time ritual is a healthy way to getting good sleep. Going to sleep at the same time & waking up same time. 💗

@KJ99otis Perhaps, listening to a sleep inducing recording might be helpful; * sounds of rainfall or a babbling brooke; * calming music; * calming prayers, etc. Wishing you the best.🌺
