  2. Excellent program -- "Healthy debate can not be black or White" .... if it is B&W, then where's the scope for debate unless everything is deliberately, or otherwise, not not taken into account...

Apologies but it is "Global Hunger Index" ... we can fill our tummies with clay (literally what it is down to for many in Haiti today, for example) and can't claim "No Hunger!". ....If the right amount/mix of calories with right amount of vitamins/minerals etc is missing, then it IS HUNGER.... (and one is sympathetic to the current dispensation but this definition is B/W, and Indian kids are badly hungry, to be sure)
