  1. IMHO, regardless of the content of this issue, the legislative branch is not obliged to justify the laws it makes. The Judiciary may knock the law off if and only if the newly minted law violates the fundamental structure and/or essence of the constitution. Unless of course this is all about quangos & appointments, then let the games begin...

  2. Notice how the Central Vista uproar has died down? No one is talking about it... It is very difficult to believe that the opposition does not disingenuously raise issues just to create ruckus and noise. The opposition is not credible
