  1. Key to consent is informed consent . .. different cultures & societies (ideally = nation & law) deem it to arrive at what the right age for informed consent . If the govt deems it to be 18, then any other prescribing view, is verbal masturb*tion ... a single judge can not be a determiner of this age. If the govt changes it to 16 or 13 or 15 or 21, then that is what it is - why second guess the govt, afterall we elected them (no first past the post argument please. we have what have for a reason).... Discuss, sure. Keep knocking yourself out!
