  1. One remembers Arun Shourie with Prannoy Roy right on the day 2014 election results and how expectant he was of getting an undeserved plum posting in cabinet (no participation in that election) - Mr. Shourie is a bitter old man, that's all. And it is so sad as he is an almost wise man...

  2. @Shiv Chandra Sahu (at the risk of initiating a conversation) It is tragic that bitterness is commonly construed as a character flaw. Bitterness is a wonderful human emotion that can spur the initiation of great things... Old age and hard-set ways, however, when coupled with bitterness, can make a potential turnaround harder. It is not insurmountable though.
