  1. These plethora of 5th freedoms that AI has, wouldn't the revenue (lease/rent etc) be already be part of it's annual revenue figures? Also, will actually operating on these routes bring that much more revenue/margin than the current lease/rent AI gets? I guess, I am not seeing the issue - are the current lease/rent contracts poorly negotiated or AI cant operate with levels of efficiency that is necessary to maximize the margins on these routes?
