Leadership drives the culture; culture drives cohesion. ...Again, the key-most missing solution components are a few tall, bipartisan Muslim leaders. Really tall ones who then present, alongside PM Modi and others, an equal, broader, truly plural, role-model leadership pantheon for India that All, Hindu & Muslim alike, acknowledge as India's Leadership... (certainly not the obviously partisan Muslim ones like Mr. Owaisi or the current opposition 'Hindu' whose every credential is suspect, let alone religious or secular)
