@PRINT Why not "print money" to fund infrastructure, manufacturing development projects... and simultaneously undertake massive food, temp housing, education & healthcare assistance programs along with State Govts? One supposes there can be many solutions out of this. One is inclined to repose trust in the government of the day (both central & states) to shepherd us out of it - It's a hobson's choice anyways..
