  2. This is unprecedented! India's PM security compromised in Border State and close to the border itself where it is known that Khalistani terrorists operate... Imagine if Rahul Gandhi or Priyanka Vadra were stopped like this in say U.P. and, god forbid, a mishap occurred, INC would have crucified BJP, CM Yogi & PM Modi. This is not done - there has to be a presumption guilt here.
