  1. @PRINT One understands (not necessarily agrees/disagrees) the national CAA protests basis religion, but one does not understand CAA protests basis state level geography-bound ethnicity protection. For instance, basis 2018 CAG's Meghalaya State Finances report, Meghalaya's 2017 revenue stood at ~15 K Cr, of which at least ~7K Cr were Union (central) funds ( nearly half of Meghalaya's income is a grant from rest of India ). Meghalaya folks are quite happy to take monies from rest of India's taxes (including mine), but I am not welcome there?!? ....Bravo, Proud People of Meghalaya!
