  1. Clear cut murder. This is coal mafia and their gundas for you. This needs to made an exemplary case and opportunity to deal a severe blow to the mafia. Likelihood of latter happening is low as all political parties have the mafia's patronage (yes, you read that right, it's not the other way round in Jharkhand)

  3.  @kd6788  I am sorry but we must take a bipartisan position when a judge is ruthlessly killed in broad daylight. This has nothing to do with BJP or UPA. However, BJP runs MHA & therefore the CBI. (Oh and by the by, I support PM Modi)
