This is what happens when you elect children to govern you. When times are good and children have huge pocket money (aka Delhi budget), it's chocolates and icecream for everyone (remember freebies?) but when times are tough, children with no governing skills are making a pig's breakfast of everything. Delhi, unfortunately in a democracy, people deserve the govt they elect!
