We once flew AI with our then 1 yr old many years back and the Air Hostesses were very kind, gave our child milk and went out of the way make him comfortable. Now they were not like the very stylish ones found on say, Jet but their experience and the way they took charge of the situation with our very airsick child is emblematic of AI's past and hopefully what is to come with Mr. Tata at helm. I am looking forward to flying with Air India going forward from 2022.
