It is amazing how judiciary that is supposedly filled with such 'learned' individuals can still have such regressive views... inexcusable.

@shivanshgoyal_ Yes but judges are supposed to be the trend-setting uncle & aunties who are '1st among equals'... marriage or not, non-consensual sex is rape. Any other view signals that women are somehow lesser than men.

@user-jy9zl1cc9d The way one sees it -> can there any 'but' following the statement "non-consensual sex is rape" ... is there any 'but' possible here if we solely look at it from the point of the victim. ...One feels that these 'buts'/'technicalities' are all fundamentally flawed logical arguments, one way or the other and can be logically demonstrated so... Strawmen, appeals to hypocrisy nature or authority, causal fallacies, false equivalences, red herrings etc.
