  2. @PRINT One may deduce that this case is clear. 1) The law exists (to wit 2.C...), 2) As per another law, courts/judges have the legal right to interpret how they see fit, 3) Prashant Bhushan is now being prosecuted using aforementioned laws.. If one doesn't like this setup, change the law! ...Of course, that one has sympathy or no sympathy with Bhushan, its one's own personal problem, not court's problem.
