Once the war is over, Russia will be even more desperate for money as the new leadership must rebuild Russia's economy and Ukraine's infrastructure. Russian oil will be an even bigger bargain AND, with all other foreign investment weary of re-entering Russia, it will be a race between China and India to redevelop the Russian oil sector and taking a huge cut for themselves in the process. But, all that can only happen once Fuhrov Putin is out and the war is over.
