  2. 11:00 call it a hunch, but since the decoys are subsonic, I'd bet Ukraine also put up a couple Migs in that area to see if the Russians were interested enough in the decoy that might've been flying higher to not target the jets. Before doing wild weasel with decoys, or moving strike aircraft with ground troops, you'd want to see what Russian gbad operators reaction is.

  3. 21:20 if Putin DID poison Lukashenko, he's forgetting that he had to send tanks to Belarus after the last "free and fair" election to quell protests calling for removal of Lukashenko. Russia doesn't have the available military power to subdue Belarus, let alone absorb it. Maybe it's the same advisor telling Putin that Belarus people want Russia to rescue them as told Putin the Ukrainian people would welcome Russian soldiers.
