  1. 20:25 Re Christmas in Ukraine. I just spoke to a friend in Ukraine. I asked if she was doing anything for her daughter, if her daughter asked anything from Santa. She replied that her daughter (11) said this year wasn't a good time for that. Instead, the girl is making things by hand for her friends and they've handed out stuff to people who were in areas that were harder hit. In that regard, people giving to others, it's been Christmas for months. In the face of such destruction, loss, and sadness during the holidays, it's not at all Christmas.

  3. 13:00 Russia has been trying to bomb Kyiv. Unfortunately for them, actual "bombs" aren't possible because of the anti aircraft coverage. Also because of that AA, most of the cruise missiles and drones don't make it. Russia IS "bombing Kyiv" as best it can. Russians, pro-Putin Russians, are not being perceived as "weak" because they can't find battlefield success. They're being perceived as stupid sheep.
