  2. I suppose it could be said that Putin was born 100 years too late. While Putin is threatening the world with nuclear terr*rism, threatening to nuke anyone involved in drones or missiles hitting Russia, Russia is violating the airspace of NATO and even detonating weapons in NATO countries. According to Russia's new nuclear rules, NATO should be nuking Russia. Putin quite literally is saying, "I have nuclear weapons so I can do whatever I want." It would be extreme folly and naivety to think Putin's "whatever I want" only includes Ukraine.
