  2. There really can't be peace until Russia has left Ukrainian territory. Otherwise, Russia is rewarded for the invasion AND encouraged to try again in another 5 or 8 years when they've rebuilt their military. Russia can have peace, without talks any time they want. By leaving Ukraine.
