  1. Well, when Ukraine finally gets F-16, Harpoon can repay the ships in the Black Sea that h have been launching missiles. That won't fix Odessa, but it will, at least, delete the Reason Putin wanted Crimea for the Black Sea naval bases and port. You don't need naval bases if your ships are deleted.
