An interesting note about food prices, in the Russian occupied (since the 2014 Russian invasion of Ukraine) Luhansk and Donetsk areas, food prices there were higher since 2014 because the area became dependent on Russian imports. So, Russia is finally feeling what they've been serving to the "Russian speakers that they liberated from Ukraine in 2014".

  3. Yes the "супер" in front of the "market" (маркет on the sign) is "super". It's pronounced almost the same. You also see all the "super" deals posted throughout the store.
