  2. 18:30 some people tried to argue "Russia can last longer because it has more people". The fighting male population advantage is about 3 to 1. Russian attrition has been at least that, if not worse. Now that the press gang soldiers from Donetsk and Luhansk are used up along with the Russian prisoners, Russia is having to try and fill its fodder requirement from regular Russian people. The other problem with "Russia has more people" is that it takes more people to keep the basic parts of the country's infrastructure and businesses running. Currently, with unemployment near zero (meaning not enough workers) the military is fighting for the same recruits as the factories are. And, that still basic infrastructure unfulfilled (burst pipes and dams being unattended, as an example). . Russia has more people but it doesn't have ENOUGH people for the kind of slaughter Putin is sending his soldiers to.
