  4. German chancellor Scholz is funny. He goes from dragging his feet because of "German guilt" then swings the other way of urging other countries to send Leo 2 tanks to Ukraine. Apparently, not wanting Germany to be on the wrong side of history again, under his watch, outweighed his latent sense of German guilt.
