  1. What was different with Japan, South Korea, and The Southern Republic was that they were subsidized by the US. China had to figure out the system and policies on their own, which required a lot of fails and passes. That was the big difference that wasn’t mentioned in the video.

  3. Qing was an economic power because of Ming, all videos on YouTube fail to mention the key bit. It’s a small detail but very important to understanding. Also, I’ve seen a documentary made by a British researcher that said Communist China was open to trade or dialogue but America rejected.
