Having listened to both from Mainland and Taiwan, I’m convinced people in Mainland in are generally sharper, more informed, educated and attached to reality of international affairs and geopolitics. Taiwan populations are deeply brainwashed and detached from realities by their politicians, media and their dishonest school education. They try very hard to deny their Chinese heritage and culture. Mainlanders understands US and the west much more in depth than US understands itself, than Taiwan understands US.
