  1. I agree with good portion of what Tucker said. But make no mistake, his under tone still hinted ‘American hegemony’, because he fears the alliance between Russia and China will diminish US ‘international rule base order’ so will result in US to ‘take order’ instead of ‘giving order’. And he still views China as US imperial hegemony threat. i can’t speak for Russia, but I have confidence in China should China becomes the world power, China would always choose diplomacy, mutual respect and mutual benefit over force and robbing basing on her historic track record and Chinese thousands of years of political and cultural philosophies.
