  2. With this is the case, it also does not disallow it. That means we will always have hits and misses with taking up cases. The good thing is, just because they refuse to take up one case, it doesn't mean they won't take up similar or even the same in the future. Time and time again history has proven decisions of SCOTUS are not permanent.
