  1. It was because many were encouraged by local provincial governors to buy. Or that their company would encourage them to buy as well. They focus on the "orders from the top"...of central government. And not actually..... Think before doing so etc so therefore... They got tricked. It's odd. I thought that the banks credit checked you first before lending. Like they do here in the UK. Or maybe they are starting to build this up now etc...

  2. It's because the regulatory piece is normally done by the bank first. Not the way that things are done here...

  3. Wow... I could be a millionaire inside China... 😮.... Weird. But that is what happens when you actually have increased prices etc. and taxations. Same with the UK too. It's expected.

  4. What has that got to do with this housing situation? Chinese women are not often looked after anyway.... I hope that the guys in China are going to be more supportive etc.
