Yes. That is the equity market. What's happening is that, those money entered into the media world. I.e. social media and the media.... It goes outside of the country. Then reblackmailed, back into the country etc. There are ways to persue those individuals but you will find that the next thing that happens is that you will be targeted and taken down.

You also need to understand some of the contracts as well.. like the oracle one could be for a percentage of the profit level so therefore, the more Birmingham council gets more revenues and savings and cash. The higher the pay out to oracle. So basically Birmingham is helping Oracle make their profits... So, in a way, if those discrimination cases went through, it withdraws the councils budgets. Then... Well.. does that mean the contract is now zero'd out ? Do we get payback from oracle ? Or free supports ?...

Birmingham and Manchester had metropolitan areas. And why did they bankrupt is because in those cities, they have international banks there. And there is somewhat of a mismanagement going on too. I.e. they would always opt for loans rather than to actually rely on public money. It's complicated cos I bet people involved would know what they are doing.... But of course this impacts the rest of the country. Imagine that 500k just forced 60 million people to face crippling economic uncertainties. I think people will riot if they connected the dots !!! My jobs have been scammed by several Brummie assholes.... And where are these people now ? All in the government's position of powers.... Assholes. It means that they took away our reserves.

@Antinumeric : Not really because they're using some cloud base stuff that is being exposed to other countries' governments !! ... Whichever supplier, you need to literally keep an eye on that country's currency fluctuations as well... And if you look at the Manchester thing. They are doing some kind of Dubai and Chinese deals and bitcoin or EV swaps.. read what's going on.. they're just scamming the rest of the country too basically.

By right, there should be a stop to all this.... And then more Indian comes into the UK. Most gets or ends up in the position of powers. They get the cities... And influences in power.... The list goes on and on. Right now, the entire parliament is abolished. Everybody list their jobs. As people are dying....

Because people are so transient now... a lot of things are either build, or left alone, and then the people run off, and away from the country. If you looked at how many individuals have left the country, both with the funding, and their earned salaries, then you will begin to see why we have an actual issue. And then, they also incur debts as well.. willing nilly... So... Nobody wants to work any more. Or vote.

It's not that new. It's a path that many councils have before him. And local councils used to have a members association etc. It makes local people "rich".. basically and pass your wealth to your child it doesn't leave the UK. So we're basically competing with each other all of the time...

They need to restructure and break up the architectures asap. So that it does not rely on purely oracle etc. So...

It's actually weird that I've spent my life looking at global macro issues and never had this kind of visibility in micro issues as well especially with the internet and social media masking the details. This is so crazy....

1 billion sodding pounds.. so they incubated the properties and borrowed exponentially.. and yet.. lovely buildings and they don't stay to pay off those debts .. So when they get sued and scammed... They try to fight for discrimination ???..... Well.....
