  1. Putting men who offend kids and ladies in a cement building with hundreds of other men, for short sentences, is probably not going to cure that criminal who does not seek to offend men! For some sick reason, justice systems truly think sentencing child predators and female rape offenders to five or eight year prison terms satisfies the criminal’s criminal behavior. Well, in fact, as we constantly see, these people seem to perfect their crimes during their time away from the victims they crave. And once released, they become worsened criminals who not only rape victims they often add killing to their criminal records.
