  3. @ oh so if you knew basic civic knowledge then you would known about the impoundment clause or the Take Care clause.But now you will go to the 1974 law against Nixon but still leave Take Care clause which there has been no rulings about President impounding founds,a basic civil knowledge would of told you that .👍
