  11.  @marinanjer4293  Something like depression (like he's claiming) does not cause a person to kill their mother and then attempt the prime minister. He has more than that, but even then it's not an excuse for murder. The life sentence he has gotten seems just for the life he's taken away, unless he's been ruled as "insane"
