  11. You’d be surprised by the energy little kids have, especially if they’re ADHD or autistic. I have family members that can run around our house in circles for 2 straight days with only 3-4 hours of sleep.

  16. Little kids (especially if they have adhd) have ungodly amounts of energy. I have cousins that wake up at 6 in the morning, run around the house in circles and scream, then crash somewhere around midnight.
