  1. Merry X-Mas ya feasting feckwits. Forgive me for thou is a chef by trade. For a decade now. No dinner for me beyond a manwhich of some description, the more cheese N sauce the better…..+bacon. If only because after cooking 109 X-mas dinners (North East of England britbong style and no I don’t mean the 3 Bs pf bri’ish food, I mean the kind of gravy your grandma would be jealous of and perfectly cooked honey roast parsnips you could hold a door open with) I just wanna manwhich. Again, merry Christmas one and all.
