  3. As for the second cold war, how many hot proxy battles were fought during the first cold war? IE NATO/USSR sympathetic pawns being armed with either sides weapons so the MIG could face off against an F, stinger Vs Hind etc etc. Basically I am saying that if places like Syria and Yemen turn into NATO Vs Brick weaponry then I will say it is a true cold war thanks to a combination of diplomatic and military stand offs and I see a winding down on the military front personally. So no new hot cold war in my eyes but yeah. We seem to be heading there.
