Dammit Styx but I wanna be hedonistic somewhat. But you are right. I've improved my diet these past few years, as fit as someone with a fucked spine can be via cycling but still vape, toke and drink too much. Love my herb over hooch so guess it's time to do something about that. I did last year when my stepdad nearly died of the commie coof (and sepsis but shhhh) cos it prompted a health kick in. Am embarassed to confess I was addicted to alcohol and had to lightly cut down over 2-3 weeks. Paramedics are in my house and I'm trying to hide my shakes as my borderline alco mam talks with paramedics as stepdad gets prepped for straight to hospital. lol. Stepdad pulled through but then I met someone, only person I ever truly loved and the drink rentered the equation. In my defense I did learn to homebrew these past 7 years but, well, that was part of the problem in that I was constantly surrounded by cider, larger,wine, spirit etc. And not small quantities lol.
