  1. Not just Thailand. Russians have made little Russian Villages all over SE Asia by leasing old 5 star resorts that could only manage 3 stars in today's market. These guys are getting suntans, surfing lessons and eating mangoes. They are the other Russians. The ones who somehow have license to hide out indefinitely in SE Asia. These Russians don't exactly play well with others either. Some of the Aussies are clashing with them in Bali.
