  3. 100% further to this point - could any of those medieval residents actually cope with having the blinds removed from their eyes. Wouldn't the outside world be a terrifying bright light. It is staggering that we have a sub species of humans living the medieval life without a clue. An entire population of modern humans in name only, kept in the dark by the machinations of one family? How is this possible? How is this acceptable? We would appear as gods to them.
