  6.  @ytzpilot  Russians occupy old 5 star resorts all over SE ASIA. Rich Russians have moved their entire families, friends, and employees there. They lease the entire place long term. They conduct business and are rather lawless. They have come to the attention of the local governments but money gets you more than mangoes massages and surf board lessons. There are tens of thousands of Russians hiding out in nice foreign places. They are so numerous that they threaten the tourist economy because no one wants to hang out with Russians. They are predictably arseholes. Russia needs to end offshore passport renewal and get their rich back home.
