No joke at all-- I was turned down for my DREAM JOB last year for a teaching position at a college ONLY because I was whyte. And I know this for a fact, because after I made it through FOUR interviews and 2 teaching demonstrations, they ended up closing the search and not hiring me because HR said they did not meet their quota for racial diversity in the applications...... It wasn't even about like a situation where it was down to me and blk candidate or something. I was their top pick that they submitted to hire and were shut down by HR and DEI because there were not enough blk applicants in the pool....

Or how about this-- you work insanely hard for 16 years and finally get a chance to apply for your dream job. You do so and make it through all 4 rounds of interviews and meetings, and now you are the finalist. Suddenly the entire search is shut down because HR and DEI claim they did not receive the minimum amount of blk applicants for the position. I lost my dream job even though I EARNED it and they WANTED to hire me, simply because not "enough" black people applied for the position...

@briannabanks1659 it is absolutely wild what is happening. I just watched a video of Dr. TABIA who was the head director of DEI for a college and even SHE got fired and removed because she refused to discriminate against whyte people!! The people around her literally hated her simply because she was not a racist and so they abused her for years and eventually fired her. Terribly sad story.

@MisAnnThorpe I don't approve of ANY DISCRIMINATION. You can tack on any adjective you want, but at the end of the day it is DISCRIMINATION.

@ASMRyouVEGANyet let me give you another real example-- my college recently created a new position and hired a young blk man (btw you HAD to be a racial minority to even apply to the job, which is insane already) who doesn't even have a MASTERS DEGREE!!! He also has ZERO teaching experience. And yet his salary is 80k. Many of my colleagues don't even make 60k yet. And all he has to do is teach 1 class a semester. The rest of his time is spent spying on the rest of the faculty and students. No joke. He is a "cultural liason" and literally walks around observing people and then writes up reports. He submitted my boss to the penalty committee for "racial insensitivity" because he told one of his students (a blk girl) that her new hairstyle looked nice....My poor boss has a long, long, and stellar record as an educator and leader of the college (even has a whole room named after him). And now he is wrapped in all of these meetings and "trainings" because this 24 year old, completely inexperienced activist masquerading as an educator decided my boss was racist. Again, I have countless real life examples I could share with you. Or you can look up hundreds of thousands of others online. I just watched a recent interview with Dr. TABIA who is the director of DEI for a pretty prestigious college, where she discusses how she is being fired simply because she refuses to be anti-whyte (she's a black woman btw) and has opened up opportunities to ALL races and ethnicities rather than seeking "blk only". They are literally firing her for that.

@babyqueenxo you can feel however you like. I was told this information VERBATIM in the email I received and I also verified this with the head of the hiring committee because he was also incredibly frustrated that HR was literally rejecting the candidate that a panel of 7 people put through 4 rounds of interviews ONLY because they had not met the minimum quota of blk applicants. They didn't hire at all. They closed the position search. And this has been happening all across the country to millions of people ever since DEI became a poison! At my current college we just hired a young blk man for 80k a year-- guess what his position is? He is a "cultural ambassador" lmfaooooooo! His literal job is to teach 1 class (the rest of us teach a minimum of 5) and the rest of his time is spent wandering around the school spying on people. Yup you read that correctly. He walks around observing and listening and then reports instances of "racism, sexism, transphobia, etc". For 80k a year. Oh and he doesn't even have a masters degree.

@eleri7024 it is not a lie sir. You need to go and do some research on this. You will find COUNTLESS similar stories (mine included) and endless evidence of what DEI has done! If you are actually interested in education and not just being offended, I encourage you to look into this.
