  4. Whyte people are being denied jobs ALL THE TIME right strictly because of race! I was turned down for my dream job SPECIFICALLY because the company did not have enough minority applicants in the search pool. So even though I had gone through all 4 interviews and the whole committee wanted to hire me, HR department denied the search and shut down the position.
