  2. The west is allowed to invade countries because the west gets to write all the rules in the rules based system. Russia is not allowed to invade countries because the west doesn't want any challange to their rules.

  5. That is why it will most likely hang out in protected safe areas. The mega torpedos are supposedly super slow and quiet until they get to port and ram at 200kph up the river.
