  2. What is funny as the Daniel Defense in Modern Warfare 2019 is probably not licensed. This game marks the point where they stopped using the real for most guns because they didn’t license it from the manufacturer and the M4 variant (called an M4A1) is by default a Colt Model 933 with mods and skins of other variants but the Daniel Defense model.

  11. There are state anti-SLAPP laws which is designed to stop these type of lawsuits. It often isn’t up to the lawyer what case they take but the litigant.
