  2. Because the neutral wants to take the path of least resistance and complete the circuit so it wants to return to the transformer it won’t flow to the ground because it has no where to go

  27. Because the electricity is going back to the source the center of the transformer ground is shorted to neutral at the breaker so the electricity is not going to flow back to the ground wire because there’s no where for it to go but great question
