  19. I sat down with intention of reading the book Into The Clear Blue Sky but instead listening to Dr Goobie. Well both are excellent people. Dr Goobie thank for letting me know -- data driven, carbs are not evil. I was on the fence for a long time about carbs and didn't jump into any camp. Now with full confidence I just simply carry on because I'm neither too little nor too much carbs. No doubting myself anymore -- it's so freeing!! 2nd) it's so good to hear ( you & your wife ) on occasion social setting do eat animal protein. That was me started last year 2023. I wanted to join in. I had to declare intentionally I'm not 100% vegetarian because I will touch meat to my mouth on special gatherings. So socially it's good for me Yay! 3) I'm going for 2nd opinion on arthritis on the hip. I'm hoping to ask all the pertinent questions. Surgery vs no surgery. And what are those choices like down the road?? Im at a stand still right now. So if you have anything to tell me, please do so, thank you much!

  22. Near the end you made comment about surgerical realm ... I guess it will b necessary for my hip replacement surgery because I won't b able to repair /rebuild my cartilage in that space where femor head goes into that hip socket. Is this correct view or incorrect? I'm 67 soon, not on any meds, healthy. This problem started all of a sudden in 2022. Before that I was brisk walking 3mi eac day. If you have time Dr Goobie I would love to hear what you have to say thank you much ✌🏼🫶🏼
