It was our failure but now things are changing. See how the rules & regulations amendments were done in last 5 years. India hosts the highest numbers of start ups in the world rn, specially most newbie companies with 1 BN dollars valuation. This trend started only 4-5 years ago. We are new, doing better. Don't worry. Concentrate on Pakistan which needs more investment than anyone. Pakistan's FDI have even 2 Billion doallrs. Thanks
